Gift cards are delivered by email directly to the recipient’s inbox with the option to add a personal gift note. If you order your gift card to be sent on a specific date, it will arrive in your recipient’s inbox on that day with instructions to redeem it at checkout.
Gift cards can only be at used at www.kitchensofafrica.com store, on any item in the store. So, shop around, select the item(s) you’re interested in and use your gift card to pay for it. You can redeem the gift card during checkout when you are ready to place your order. Once you have redeemed the gift card it will add the credit to your current balance, so you can use it on one purchase and then another with the remaining balance.
You can check the balance of your gift card or e-gift card at any time under your user account on your credit history page.
Promo codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards. You may, however, use both a promo code and a gift card to purchase items in our store. Sales tax will be applied to gift card purchases. Kitchens of Africa will not be responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Kitchens of Africa gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and do not expire!
